Design Thinking meets Systems Thinking

We propose to explore in a collaborative way the possible intersections and complementarities of System Thinking and Design Thinking applied to what we will call « The regeneration of the Grand Hotel experience ».
After introduction to both disciplines by specialists of the fields, we will dive into some practical exercise and facilitated discussion.
The idea is to open the field, to ask questions, make hypothesis, not to give answers or to close the debate.

About Thomas
Thomas had multiple User Experience Design roles with SAP since 2007. He studied Media System Design, to then obtain a post-graduate degree from the School of Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute at Potsdam University.
