We propose to explore in a collaborative way the possible intersections and complementarities of System Thinking and Design Thinking applied to what we will call « The regeneration of the Grand Hotel experience ».
After introduction to both disciplines by specialists of the fields, we will dive into some practical exercise and facilitated discussion.
The idea is to open the field, to ask questions, make hypothesis, not to give answers or to close the debate.

About Sally
Sally Bean is an independent consultant who advises large organizations in the private and public sector on how to develop their Enterprise Architecture capability and embed EA approaches into their ways of working. She has 20 years experience in the field, including 10 years as a business systems architect in British Airways. She is particularly interested in incorporating systems thinking and complexity ideas into EA practice, and also in the development of the softer, people-focused skills in enterprise architects and other professionals working on business change.
