We propose to explore in a collaborative way the possible intersections and complementarities of System Thinking and Design Thinking applied to what we will call « The regeneration of the Grand Hotel experience ».
After introduction to both disciplines by specialists of the fields, we will dive into some practical exercise and facilitated discussion.
The idea is to open the field, to ask questions, make hypothesis, not to give answers or to close the debate.
Anne works as Transformation Consultant, Coach and Collective Intelligence Facilitator. Her clients are organizations dealing with complex transformation processes which cannot succed without involving people at all levels throughout the organization.
Anne's passion is to facilitate and coach change processes by helping organizations to access to the natural resources present (and too often ignored) in each and every human group: collective intelligence, creativity, enthusiasm, and sense of collaboration. She strongly beliefs that creating high performance within any organization mainly consists in generating and maintaining a human-friendly and human-compatible organisational and relational context. Anne worked with clients such as Pernod-Ricard, TOYOTA Motor Europe, DIAM International, KEOLIS, TAT Express, Croix-Rouge Française, PSA Peugeot-Citroën, Pôle Emploi, IESA, CRE-RATP, and is a member the International Coaching Federation.
